I've tried to just sit around on overwatch, but the thing is staying out of his sight and not moving at all. He is my last soldier, and no more reenforcements are coming- there is ONE enemy left, a sectoid commander which I believe is at near full health (playing in normal mode). I'm on the first base defense mission in enemy within, and at one point my gene modded sniper somehow managed to glitch into mid air, and no matter what I do I can't move him.

I'm new here, and admittedly I don't know whether there are any mods or tricks that could help me with this.
